- Apply voluntarily. Submit a scoped membership application.
- Receive a private reference. Only a confirmed database write creates a receipt.
- Human review. Identity and permissions require independent checks.
- Admit deliberately. Member directory listing requires separate consent and owner approval.
- Connect selectively. Every cloud, tool and mission needs its own authorized integration and proof.
- Revoke at any time. Applicants can withdraw, and resources remain owned by their operators.
Reality before claims.
Pending applications are not members. If the secure intake is unavailable, no application is confirmed. Being listed by ACORN is not an endorsement, verified compute capacity, cloud access, a commercial agreement or LIVE service delivery. Public member passports are registry acknowledgements, not cryptographically signed credentials.
