ACORN INFRASTRUCTURE — une seule autorité, aucune dépendance Oracle imposée
ACORN GLOBAL confirme que la voie de déploiement de son infrastructure indépendante privilégie désormais les machines Linux existantes et autorisées, sans Oracle, sans nouvel abonnement imposé et sans interrompre ses services actuels.
ACORN CLOUD, ACORN HOSTING, ACORN AUTOMATION et les autres organes doivent continuer à fonctionner sous un seul CORTEX logique et l'autorité humaine finale, avec des preuves réelles pour chaque capacité.
Statut vérifiable / Evidence boundary
Le paquet Linux fournisseur-neutre a passé des tests locaux. La présence d'un hôte Linux permanent indépendant, d'une sauvegarde PostgreSQL réelle et d'une restauration indépendante n'est pas encore démontrée. Google Drive est utilisé comme destination de sauvegarde, pas comme hébergeur.
Local package tests do not establish a persistent independent host, a real PostgreSQL production backup, a verified restore, or an operational migration. Existing production must remain intact.
Migration status: pending independent host, encrypted production backup and independently verified database restore. Existing Railway production remains in service; no DNS or payment cutover is authorized.
International statement
ACORN GLOBAL adopts ACORN INFRASTRUCTURE as its canonical, provider-neutral infrastructure operating approach. For its current independent-hosting migration, Oracle is not required. ACORN will reuse authorized, persistent Linux resources before considering new infrastructure. Existing production services remain in place until independent backup, restore, cost and rollback evidence is verified.
One logical CORTEX, one final human authority, no silent financial authorization and no automatic access between external providers. This notice is a policy decision, not a claim of global connectivity or completed migration.
